Maass PHI 210 001:Deals with the philosophical, ethical, social, & religious aspects of the dying process. Special emphasis on ethical & moral dimensions including the problems of euthanasia, mercy killing & warfare. The classic psychological stages of grief will also be highlighted.

Pankey PHI 210 002: Presents an interdisciplinary approach to the meaning of death. Focuses on biological, psychological, legal, philosophical and religious aspects of the phenomena of death and dying.
