| Course Orientation Exercises |
| The following exercises will help you become
familiar with the kinds of Internet-based applications that we will use
during the semester, including how you can submit assignments, engage
in class discussion, and so on; help you become familiar with the
course syllabus; and help you assess your motivation for succeeding in
an online course.
The amount of time that it will take to complete these orientation exercises will vary with each person. You will have time during the orientation session on 20 January to complete the first part of the quiz. Part One of the Orientation Quiz will be submitted at the end of the orientation session on 01 September. Part Two of the quiz should be completed and submitted by 05 September 2007. The quiz is worth four points. Please follow very carefully the instructions for completing and submitting your Orientation Quiz. E-mail your completed Part Two of the quiz to me, Kurt Neumann (kneumann@harpercollege.edu), by 05 September 2007. |
