Conventional:
Conventional people are detail and data people who prefer to work with data (words and numbers), carrying out detailed instructions or following a prescribed plan. They especially like activities that require attention to detail and accuracy. Conventional people have the ability to make decisions based on facts.
 
Personality traits:
Personality traits include conscientious, orderly, efficient, self-controlled, and organized.

Self-concept and Values:
Self-concept and values include conscientious, persevering, practical, self-controlled, conservative, orderly, systematic, precise, accurate, careful, inflexible, mindful of money and material possessions.

Skills:
Skills include careful and precise approach to problems, manual dexterity, mathematical aptitude, efficiency, organization, perfectionism.
